Hi! My name is Sergejs Stepanovs. I have spent last 15 years as a senior graphic designer in full-service design agency. Overall — 18 years in visual design.
Education
2000–2004 Baltic International Academy. Master, Graphic Design. Bachelor.
2021–2022 Coursera, Google UX Design. Professional Certificate.
My responsibilities
As a creative designer with a diverse portfolio of projects in the Baltics, Scandinavian and African markets, I have collaborated with well-known brands such as Schwarzkopf Professional, Indola, Audi, Volkswagen, and Splat in design creation or adaptation for various advertising and promotion campaigns, new style guides implementation, brand identity supervision, art direction.
I have skills in concept creation, logo design, brand identity, wireframing, UI/UX design, HTML5 banner design, and simple video production.
Also I maintain the WordPress-based websites and do product and and areal photography/videography.

Work flow
I follow a user-centered design process that involves conducting user research, creating wireframes, conducting usability studies, and presenting my design solutions. I’m open to feedback and collaboration and can work as a leader or a team player.
